MICHAEL OSSITT
Founder & Director
Michael is a Sydney based property industry professional, having worked in construction, design, development and investment since 1999. After moving from the UK to Australia in 2005 Michael pursued his passion for property investment and renovation and has personally acquired a multi-million-dollar portfolio of residential property, diversified across several states. He now draws on those years of personal and professional experience to dedicate his time to help others also achieve financial security and a desired lifestyle through strategic property buying.
Michael is the current Operations Officer for REBAA representing the association and profession at a national level. He is also the immediate-past Chair of the REINSW Buyer’s Agents Chapter where is was actively involved in raising the profile and understanding of buyer’s agents, promoting best practice guidelines, and lobbying government for increased training requirements to improve standards across the industry.
JOSH BRYAN
Director & Buyer’s Agent
Having worked within some of Australia’s top real estate offices in highly competitive markets (including the number 1 team for Belle Property Australasia), Josh has a great deal of experience and an in-depth understanding of navigating the landscape of buying real estate on the Northern Beaches. Having grown up his entire life in the area, Josh has an incredibly deep understanding of the region, from Manly up to Palm Beach.
At the age of 24, Josh purchased his first home on the Northern Beaches using a buyer’s agent to assist with his acquisition, after understanding the true value this service can offer home buyers. Josh’s strong connections with sales agents across the Northern Beaches, years of firsthand experience employing the strategies implemented by some of Australia’s top performers and extreme passion to excel in client expectations make him a highly valuable asset to anyone looking for the best possible outcome when buying their next family home, or investment property.
TOM ZANI
Assistant Buyer’s Agent
After graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Genomics and Psychological Science, Tom has thrown himself into the property buying world.
Tom has hit the ground running in his role as Assistant Buyer’s Agent, making a positive contribution already to the team and our valued clients in a short period of time.
With a natural ability to create and build genuine relationships, Tom also has a great analytical mind which has allowed him to excel at reviewing properties and provide diligent insights for the benefit of our clients.
HOLLY LONGWORTH
Office Assistant & Property Researcher
With comprehensive experience in property management, administrative support and real estate marketing, Holly brings a diverse skill set and strong passion for delivering exceptional client service.
After working as a Property Floor Planner for 4 years and most recently as an Assistant Property Manager, Holly has successfully transferred her extensive skills into the world of buyer’s agency to assist our clients with their own property buying journey.
Holly has already made an exceptional start to her role with us and is a natural fit in the team to assist clients with the research, due diligence and asset selection process.
KAMILL BAUTISTA
Admin Assistant
After completing her college education in 2010, Kamill has gone on to build a wealth of experience across various companies and industries. Her skills span research, customer service, and project management as well as being well-versed in marketing campaigns, social media and process management. Kamill has been an invaluable member of the STRAND team since 2020 and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to ensure our systems and processes are best in class.
SARAH OSSITT
Business Manager
Sarah completed her degree in Business Studies in 2004 and has gone on to work for various national and international organisations across the UK and Australia. Her knowledge and skillsets span across business management, data analytics, circulation management, financial control and graphic design. Sarah has been with STRAND since its inception in 2016 and looks after the financial management, client invoicing and financial reporting across each business unit of the group.
BRANSTON
Head of Security
Branston is probably the most popular member of the team and can usually be found chasing a ball or chewing on a bone around the office. His main security duties are very questionable though and he will normally just roll over for a belly scratch at the first sign of a stranger.
